I loved Showit. Really.

Before it, everything felt constricting. Then Showit, and I could drag everything anywhere. The templates were so inspiring. It was doing exactly what I wanted, and it was simple.
But.
The phone version is not automatic. You do every page again for the phone, by hand. And every time you change something on the computer, you go fix the phone too.
I hate it. It's insane.
Most people see my site on their phone first. So for me it's not a small thing.
And it was very expensive for me. For one website.
I tried to leave. And everything else was too complicated for me to understand, or it was not doing what I want.
Now I use Big Cat. It's mine, I know, I'm biased.
It's what I loved in Showit. I start from something inspiring, any site I love, a screenshot, my Pinterest board. I move things where I want. But the phone version is done for me. Finally.
If you love doing the phone version yourself, Showit is beautiful for that. I just don't have these evenings anymore.

No. In Showit you design the phone version yourself, page by page. For me that was the main reason I left.

You can paste your Showit site as the design you love. Big Cat makes a new site with that feeling, with your own words and photos.
Can I still move things anywhere in Big Cat?
Yes. Drag them yourself, or ask the cat. And the phone version is done for you.
